15 YR rates appear to be HIGHER than 30 YR rates at PAR, but the buy down options are better on the 15 YR.Around 4.50 with 2pts 4.75% with 1pt, 4.875% with .5 pt

I thought there might have been some typo’s on some sites like Wells. But from wells, it appears 15year and 30year rates are almost the same, with 15 being higher.
So dumb question, 15 year higher than 30year is interesting. What the #@%$#%$#%?
