This morning I was doing my checking of listings and places I’m tracking in the areas I’m interested in.

I decided to check the status of 1069 Archer.

I discovered that the entire thread we wrote about the place was GONE. Removed. All of it. We had a good discussion, too. Luckily the Piggs don’t destroy evidence and neither does OC

Anyway, just went back tonight to check and lo and behold. IT SOLD!

After all these months of pending.

Status: Sold
Sold Price: $1,080,000

That’s a 37% hit on the immune coast. Seen a lot of immunity going on over there – not! 635k gone in 3 years.

Wonder where they’re headed next. Will they change the photos on their website, since they’re no longer living in their palacial McMansion?

On the bright side, they lived there for free and didn’t pay their loan amount and saved some money there and not paying taxes helped save another 22k. Inspiring.

But they’ve made so much money in their non-MLM that I’m sure she won’t go back to peddling drugs.

Just an observation… But the art work in both of those homes are by the same local artist. The guy does not produce that many peices a year and these guys seem to have a lot of his art. Just look at the two properties. Damn I wish I could remember his full name Dave… David J or something. Either way it has to be the same people.
