Thanks…I tried all of the above and no owners name will come up. You used to be able to type in the address and the owner’s name would appear. There is no homeowners assn. All I can get from the websites mentioned is the address of the property and tax info. No name whatsoever. Any new ideas will be welcomed.

1) Start here:
http://pic.asrclkrec.com/Search.aspx
Search by address
2) Get the assessment's parcel number of the lot
3) Go to here
https://taxpayments.co.riverside.ca.us/Search.aspx
and enter the parcel number in the assessment box and click ok,followed by the view tax info button on the next page
4) You get two addresses in the result final screen
"Mailing Address"
and
"Situs Address"
If they are the same, chances are it's owner occupied. If it's a rental you should get a mailing address.
That should be enough for you to contact the owner. If you really need the actual owner's name, there's additional things you could do to get that from the mailing address, but if you don't know how and unless you're willing to say why you specifically need the owner's name if you're just trying to reach them to inform them of something, I'd rather not share.

May 2, 2008 at 8:04 PM #198293AecetiaParticipantYou could run the name in Zaba search by State and see if you come up with an address that way.
