Just a zinger. I know these threads are a pain to many. Those of us who find them equally or more signnifcant to housing bubbles, expensive electric cars, or large screen tv’s, for interest and entertainment probably should go somewhere else but we are also enjoying the same sense of comraderie that the rest of you are, which was borne in the housing bubble debate.I wouldn’t blame Rich if he banned them but it seems kind of odd for you to bump them all.
I know government/politics influences money and real estate matters, but some of the topics I’ve just avoided. (mostly out of disgust of having this bailout bill crammed down our throats, sick of talking about government we have no control over)

By all means, I was just meant to being more whitty than suggesting who/what can censor. I personally don’t have any issues with political discussions ( I use to contribute some myself) itself.
