Just because you can do it doesn’t mean it’s not illegal. I played poker online for a while while it was nominally illegal. I did lose ~$80 or something when the Feds shut down PartyPoker and seized all their assets, but I came out WAY far ahead of that when I was playing all the time.

I bet $50, withdrew $81.50 of my winnings today, and will have to wait til next week to withdraw the initial $50,deposit rules yada yada. So after I get my $50 back I’ll look around for more lucrative deals elsewhere.
Wait, I think I’m missing something. If a horse comes in and pays $85 on a $50 bet, you get the $81. You don’t also get your fifty bucks back. Or was there an additional $50 deposit to use their system? That would seem fishy to me.
