The OP of the thread you just took the liberty of displaying again desires privacy and even removed the address of the property she was in escrow on from her original post due to privacy issues. Of course, this removal stemmed from YOUR driving 35+ miles to “stalk” the property the very same day as her thread appeared and posting your “crazy” findings here. I will honor the OP’s wishes.

I checked the property out and gave her an honest opinion something you are not capable of. I provided value with a perspective of having sold a property 2 blocks away. You provided what appears to be advice 180 degrees contrary to what you posted yesterday.
So again I ask. Why did you tell her it was the opportunity of a lifetime when you now say you would never buy a property like that?
BTW, I’m having a great day! Anyone else going to see the Harlem Globetrotters tonite?
