actually, I’m not just saying it would be nice for a wedding, some friends whoa re getting marriedsaid it would be perfect. it’s got about well over 100,000 in tree and fancy gardening type landscaping according t our gardener expert friend, , really fancy area with copper lined gazebo roof with amazing views, large area for food, ….parking would be the issue, but maybe i could put it various steps for an easier entry. the neighbors would probably hate me.

Find out what the market is outdoor weddings venues. Call a local wedding planner and find out the going location rates and if your location is logistically attractive.

Parking can be addressed with off site parking lot with a dedicated ‘taxi’ service. Consider rest room facilities, extra power for DJ, bands, kitchen or prep area away from guests, wheelchair access, catering truck access.

I’m assuming outdoor only and no one is to go into your home. I’d also factor in the effects on the rest of family with the late nights and loud music.

If all of this specs out ok, then I would check what hoops zoning/neighbors/permits will throw at you.
