Participantgood idea. and why stop there. we should stop anyone who looks fishy walking around in downtown NYC witha fancy briefcase and be able to look through her stuff for evidence of financial crimes. in fact, we all ought to be able to search each other for evidence of wrongdoing, drugs, stolen goods at all times. If you have nothing to hide, why on earth would you object?
