What’s wrong with the 2 wars we are in now? Isn’t that distracting enough, not to mention the cost. I guess it does prop up unemployment. If all the troops came home, we would have to do something with them.

People get tired of just war “maintenance”. We need to find someone else to kick some butt around, make it look good for a few months, so that we can get news headlines…. Either that, or someone figured we’ll need a lot of it after the BP fiasco and decided to go straight to the source.
