tomoeDave, I wonder who own the company you work for. I wonder what they would do to their employees if they start having less profit. Just look at GM, MOT, or any other company that’s hurting. Ever heard of the term “$hit roll down hill”? If you hurt the people at the top, they’re not gonna just take the hit, they’ll make you take the hit for them.
