There are no cities in the U.S. (in the top 10).

The highest rated U.S city is Honolulu at No. 28.

I’ve been to many of these cities. They are nice, but I still think there are places in the U.S. that are equally nice.

I think San Diego has one of the lowest average local income, yet highest cost of living.
