why didn’t I get earthquake ins. it’s on my damned to do list

I never got it either, because it is too expensive. My plan is to live in RV until I rebuild a bigger better house, or leave California altogether in said RV and head to Texas so that I can dodge tornadoes.

How many hours do you sleep?
I’m getting older and not sleeping as much lately. It’s making me look bad. I used to sleep more. Now I sleep about 7 hours.

I’m curious what you were quoted. Our home was $242 last year, and the rental houses were $186 and $182.
