It will be the most interesting thing that happens
1)Do nothing, and let housing crash..Obama won’t get a second term, because enough americans will be pissed off he overpromised and under delivered.
2)Do something drastic, and try to save american homeowners, a lot of you sidelined renters cheerleading for Obama may just very well have to wait another 4 years+….(stockstrader and TheBreeze take note).
Again, not saying the decline in home prices isn’t gonna continue…but it could very well drag on and on and on and on and on….
It will be interesting over the next 4 years. Bring it!

Cant recall, do you have any plan you like for the mortgages? I’m not sure the best plan to protect the savers like all of us.
