Along with kettle bells, club bells have been pretty popular in recent years.
It is a pretty good workout.
I recommend digging holes in incredibly hard rocky ground with a pick and shovel.
Very satisfying especially when you finally get that really big rock out of the ground.
Plus points if your wife says Wow! When she sees the rock.
Am I the only one who read the title to this thread and thought it was about sex clubs run by Viajas or Sycaun?
Ok… back to discussions of real estate and the economy…
I dug a few holes with a pickaxe and concur; pilates for core work highly unneccsary.
We’ve been swinging the indian clubs every day. It really opens the shoulders and all you skimpy computer types badly need open shoulders.
Indian clubs!

Yeah I actually thought it was about swingers clubs in India.
That is a country with a very unique and complicated relationship with sex.
Only place I have ever had a girl with a killer body and a fuzzy, pink Niqab (to go with her very tight Levis and silver shoes) flirt and make sexy eyes.
It was like being hit on by the hello Kitty ninja.
Even weirder was when a some pretty boys hit on my wife and I simultaneously at a club.
I expect that in SF.
I don’t expect it from disco Muslims in Rajathstan.
Makes my head hurt.
