If we don’t feel comfortable or find real questions as to what is happening, we don’t waste our time. We move on. No relying on ‘charm’ or the personal/personable approach to convince. There are too many questions on this deal – particularly the approach. This ‘deal’ failed the sniff test.. akin to due diligence. We also share what we find out with each other.

Better yet, I prefer using offshore accounts in the Caymen Islands. That way, not only does a portion go to me, and the other portion goes to me, but the taxes go to…well, me too…
