ParticipantThats a great question, I don’t really know. It came with the house. We have two sets of panels, one is about 20’X 8′ and the other is 5′ X 8′. They were installed by Sunpower. The solar panels replace the clay tile in the section of the roof they were installed on.

Participant8′ is an unusual dimension, most solar panels are 5 or 5.5 feet long. But 25×8 feet would be 2.5 to 3 kw nominal.
