ParticipantThanks for all the tips. We did end up buying some size 13 boots for my 8th grader (sheesh I am only a 12) over at Play-it-Again. As an aside does it seem like kids have bigger feet?
Other stuff we’ll rent over at Hansen’s. I think my older son who is 14 accustomed to riding a wave board, wants to Snowboard while the little one wants to stick to tubing. He’s just looking forward to getting back into the snow since it’s been a few years since they rode sleds. I think my wife is doing Mt. High on Wed. Hopefully no broken bones as both kids are key members of my baseball teams.

Participantchains on the west coast, not on the east coast. That still makes me laugh.
Buy chains at an autoparts store and store them in your car or home until you go on a trip.
Isnt mt high easier to get to, as you dont need to troop up the one lane switchbacks to get to bear lake?
Anyone been to mt baldy?
