OT: san diegan locals. Where’s a good place to go look at holiday lights?

I know this is an off-topic posting. But….Thought I'd get some advice. My daughter loves christmas lights, my neighbors are boring, and my own decoration is less than stellar. Where's a good place to take kids to see holiday lights?

 I know about Christmas Card Lane in Rancho Penasquitos, which we've already gone there a few times. And there's the Wild Animal Park, which we will be going.

Anywhere else, preferably free?

Our neighborhood is pretty cool. Glendon Circle in Santee. Lots of plywood cutout Christmas displays (many cartoon and themed displays), kettle corn, and hot chocolate for sale. It was pretty nuts this weekend, but traffic isn’t too bad on weeknights.
