I believe that your views are an accurate description of reality, very much like how economists view the world.
The generalities don’t necessarily apply to everyone individually. But that doesn’t matter as long as the rules apply to humans in general.

Back in college we all kne of certain princesses that would only date good-looking guys. But in the end, they all would up marrying rich ugly guys.
The law of the jungle still applies. Human civilization just enhanced the law of the jungle a little.
