I’m just looking for discussions on this proposition. I”ve read quite a few opinions and I can’t figure out whose statistics are more useful/reliable: Does the proposition really tie landlords’ hands re eviction, does it lead to more or less housing being built, will landlords sell their properties because they don’t like the rent control…?
As far as I can tell it just allows local government to allow rent control. Does not mean that rent control will be passed. If the networks show the Jim Carrey movie “Yes Man” right before the election, does that constitute election fixing?
