I didn’t say that. I said that progressives were not as good as conservatives in playing hardball.

Progressives are only now getting the hang of make-your-blood-boil politics. Bill Moyers claims to be that but he’s hardly, IMO.

When you’re a day-dreaming hippy intellectual (as many of the right like to disparage liberals) you can’t really match the hard one-liners of the right.

I actually give a lot credit to the conservatives for being able to rally the masses around hot button issues, like gay marriage, defense, terrorism, abortion, reverse discrimination, etc… That’s very smart of them.

Conservatives claim that NPR/PBS is liberal media. Compare the tone of NPR/PBS to Fox and tell me which is more intellectually honest.

I’ve always told liberals that if they can’t stand the heat they should stay out of the kitchen.
