You can park for free in the East Village.
Around Market & 15th. There’s a Pet Store there (San Diego Pet Supply). In those blocks, there’s free parking.
Walk a little and take the Trolley Orange line at Market and Park to the Convention Center.
Or you could walk. Walking is good for you. If you go leisurely, then it’s not tiring at all.

March 30, 2011 at 8:11 AM #681741DowntownerParticipantBriansd1 is correct and it’s a very easy walk now that the fancy new bridge over the tracks and Harbor Dr. is open that goes right into the Hilton. I would estimate it would be no more that a 5 block walk.
