It’s a worthy goal. When I think about it…when was the last time complaining helped a situation? That’s right…never.

i am a pretty negative person but i do try not to complain. i seem to lose it on lengthy cust. service calls with bad service, though. my bitchiness springs forth. i need to work on those…

Critique is different than complaining and getting upset over little things or perceived slights.
I never bitch about customer service. In US, customer service is really good already commensurate to what people get paid.
I recently had lunch with a cheapskate who wanted to leave $4 tip on a $50 bill. I said “you can’t do that. 15% to 20% min”. I put in $30 cash so the total should be $60.
I think that test sucks The website is ugly. Did they have to use so much purple ?And really, like I am going to put my email in there to take the stupid thing. I am sorry even looked at this thread. WTF.
