I downloaded Audacity, they only have a beta for Windows 7, I tried to convert a MPS to a WAV and it failed.

Sorry to hear that. It is mature tool and it’s odd that it could not handle such a trivial task in your case.

I quite the novice on this stuff but I am sure I did not screw that up. I’ll keep trying. I just got a Nikon s9100 so I am making some videos with music, here is one from this weekend, I need a lot of work.
