    Two sinks and shower if you have another tub in the house. Shower tub if you don’t have a tub.

    Ironically, the hideous 70s sunken tubs come in handy on that kind of remodel. You make it a step down shower, that can double as a tub without putting in a tub.

    We’ve been in our new place 6 months, times the tub used. Zero…

    longer or I don’t know

    Agreed. I seldom take a bath. However, when you have kids you need a tub in the house, IMO. I wouldn’t buy a house without 1 tub. It doesn’t have to be in the MB. That’s why I qualified – If he doesn’t have a tub in the house, then he should put one in.
