Back to the original topic:
Joe Wurzelbacher, a plumber from Holland, Ohio, told Mike Huckabee on his Fox News talk show Saturday that he is upset by the attention and has been unable to work with reporters crowded on his front lawn.“The media’s worried about whether I’ve paid my taxes, they’re worried about any number of silly things that have nothing to do with America,”
Uh, Joe, it’s not like you were walking down the sidewalk eating an ice cream cone and were accosted by the media.
You had been on Republican talk shows spewing your opinion, and went to an Obama rally ready to pose your tilted questions…you brought the attention on YOURSELF.
And when the truth about your truthfulness was exposed, you didn’t like it very much. Tough! You get to eat your own dog food!

As a matter of fact, he was standing on the lawn in front of his own house when Obama came walking down the sidewalk unannounced. I don’t think Obama had an ice cream cone but he sure brought a lot of reporters and cameras with him. If Joe was a Republican plant, it’s proof that Karl Rove is not only diabolically clever but clairvoyant and telepathic as well.
You had been on Republican talk shows spewing your opinion, and went to an Obama rally ready to pose your tilted questions…you brought the attention on YOURSELF.
No, Obama and the media brought the attention on Joe. This was not an Obama rally, it was an Obama walk-around. Joe asked one question, after being invited to do so by Obama. Obama gave a hugely stupid response that exposed him as a crypto-Marxist leveller, and may cost him the election. Obama brought all this on HIMSELF, but it looks like Joe is being made to pay the price by his flying monkeys in the mainstream media.
And when the truth about your truthfulness was exposed, you didn’t like it very much. Tough! You get to eat your own dog food!
Exposed is the word all right. The Obamedia had the resources to put 20 satellite vans in front of this guy’s house, dig through every detail of his private life, and devote hours and hours of time on the public airwaves to misleading and outright false accusations against him.
Yet by some miracle, there has been only one reporter (Stanley Kurtz) who has ever looked into the document archives of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge to see where and how Obama spent $150 million of charitable donations and tax monies. This is the only executive experience the man has had. Before we crown him emperor, I’d like to see the media devote one hundredth of the resources to this topic that they have on poor Joe the Plumber.

It will not happen. The media is bought and paid for. They are lap dogs for Obama and he is their master. Pigs with lipstick will fly around before you see this group of media hacks and buffoons either report the truth or say anything bad about Obama. I think they are viewed somewhere below Congress, used car salesmen and other nefarious characters in the polls.October 19, 2008 at 5:24 PM #290119VeritasParticipantJohn S-
