The kitchen faucet handle at one of my condo’s broke today, and in such a way there isn’t a way to turn it on or off. Normally, I would have taken the time to replace it myself, but doing so would have required me to tell them “wait until sunday”, which if I were in their shoes I would have been pissed.
I decided to give them a call. It turns out these guys are really straight up and up front, and their price is pretty reasonable, and their service was top notch.No surprise charges, no hidden charges. Showed up exactly as promised, worked very cleanly, and got the replacement done pretty quickly.
Cost for replacement was $125, including $30 charge for being in north county. Now, I know a lot of you tinkerers think, replacing a faucet isn’t that hard. And I’ve replaced many of them to agree with you. It isn’t that hard. But if you are pressed for time, and don’t want to do it yourself, these guys are pretty good.
I wish you posted this a week earlier. Could have saved a lot of money. Already out $2000 for a plumber and there is still one more running toilet to fix.
