Just started taking magnesium and to say the least am stunned how much it helps my sleep and muscle aches. Really a new lease on life. You may be on to more than you realize.

Not a lot research yet. But you can check your DNA and do you own reading. There maybe something specific to you. More variety of fruit, veggies and nuts is a good way to live healthy.
One of my friends’ mom in her 90s went to an expensive Japanese health retreat. She now no longer cook with anything electric. Sounds nut to me. But she has the longevity to prove it.
