    You make me want to move there immediately. It sounds like heaven, even if it is hot. Are you canning all the extra tomatoes? You never know what lies ahead and canned food keeps for many years if properly stored. Thanks for checking in. Your posts are always like a warm hug.

    Aecetia, I have not yet started caning. This summer I will learn how to do it. I know it’s not difficult. Last summer we did a lot of blanching and freezing and soup making and freezing with all of the zucchinis.
