OT: How long have you been here at Pigg?

lurker since 2004 along with Ben Jones’ blog.

didn’t get a handle until 3 years ago.

like the fact that this site is generalized on the housing front yet specific to SD. really didn’t find the superficial ways of OC to be a good place to rise kids.

save for RSF and LaJolla, found SD to be about $100k cheaper across the board to OC. also figured SD would fall a whole lot faster than OC as well. so here we are.

btw, find it very odd that SD would label places just 15 minutes from the beach “Inland” but that ended up working in our favor.

1 year 14 weeks, but was lurking for a little while. Wish I would’ve known about it sooner. I was suffering for a long time against the current of so many people who kept telling me how real estate will keep going up and I’ll be priced out forever.
