Used to post a lot, not so much anymore. Looking back at some of my earlier posts, I’m not quite sure how I had so much time on my hands.
I would frequently type “housing bubble” in google, and surprisingly little would come up. Piggington was always there, though, and the data and the analysis really made sense. That and Rich’s sense of humor kept me coming back. One of my favorites was his description of Roger Ferguson’s glasses as “calamitously nerdy.”
