ParticipantRecent comps – I haven’t checked the MLS for a couple of weeks, but seem to recall some in the mid to high 3’s. Who knows, the comps could be mid to high 2’s next month. All bets are off now in this free fall.
One thing I always want to point out to Piggingtonians is that single level houses are more expensive PSF than 2 story houses. and that the PSF decreases on a 2 story as the house gets larger. Generally, a single level 1400 sq. ft. house is much higher PSF than a 2 story 4000 sq. ft. home.
