We watch it sometimes. Always, someone in my family snorts in disbelief when Barry announces all the miraculous changes that can be done for X amount of dollars.
The only housing show I like is the one Kirsten (Kristen?) Kemp is on. She often makes sense, e.g., “Why are you getting rid of those perfectly good cabinets?” I think it’s Property Ladder.

I like the way Barry spreads his feet and squats when he opens up his Apple to show them his remodel ideas. wtf?
Wifey hates that we don’t get to see the remodel results, too. I suspect the reason is that it never happens.
What always gets me is that the house they choose has inevitably been on the market for over 6 months but Barry’s sidekick never mentions that they should offer them less than asking!! That would give you some extra remodel $$!!
