I think “working out some” means working with a professional trainer for 4+ hours/day, and “changing your diet” means living on a 1,200 calorie/day diet. Not too many people can do that in the real world, and from what I’ve heard, a lot of these “Biggest Loser” people end up gaining everything right back, and then some.
We desperately need to find out what it is (in the brain? hormones? thyroid and/or adrenal glands?) that makes some people store energy, while others have bodies that convert it to kinetic energy the minute the pop food into their mouths. We have a kid from each type, which is why I feel so strongly about it not simply being “diet and exercise.” I think that’s too simplistic.

I think that it’s smart of him. It will stop heart disease and allow him to live a long time.

Brian: I do hope Slick Willie lives a long time. Hillary is going to need his wise counsel when she mounts a primary challenge in 2012.
Kidding aside, he looks healthier. Do you think Monica Lewinsky gave up meat, too?
