how does your body smell?
December 13, 2014 at 10:44 AM #781044FlyerInHiGuestscaredyclassic, your purchases make you sound like a lumbersexual. You’re ahead of your time!
Or maybe an urban outdoorsman of some kind.
December 13, 2014 at 11:04 AM #781046scaredyclassicParticipantso ive been using it every shower i take, and i shower only at the gym. maybe because the area is bigger it seems less pungent. i feel more woodsy with it. it seems to be good on my feet. my feet have some dirty flakiness to them, but ive been using this pine tar soap and scrubbing the hell out of them with a pedicure brush, and they seem pink and lovely, or at least lovelier again in justa week or two. i like this soap.
December 13, 2014 at 1:57 PM #781049FlyerInHiGuestMy dad has been using Yardley of London all his life. I used to use it too. But since I saw the soap at 99c store, it ruined it for me.
I’m not loyal to anything, I’m afraid.

Low grade morning after campfire smell
Second shower with it after cleaning the gutters wasn’t as strong but still very noticeable
My eyes know it though. They feel like I’ve been sitting around a fire.

How would you classify this smell: good or bad? Does it smell toxic, burning chemical-strong, or just woodsy-campfire strong? The soap sounds intriguing, but the harshness of the smell might keep us from buying it.

my wife describes it as “horrible”. But I assume it’ll grow on her.

December 15, 2014 at 9:35 AM #781095no_such_realityParticipantMy wife hasn’t commented. The smell isn’t horrible. Just wood fire smell and now that the bar has been out of the box for a few days, the bar isn’t nearly as strong smelling.
The smell definitely isn’t a toxic smell quit a wood fire smell (actually I think smoke from a wood fire is fairly toxic)
