Yes flu, being the “mid-century” buff that I am,, I LOVE the Lawrance showroom in Hillcrest.[/quote]
Are you sure that Lawrence furniture is mid-century?
I thought that Eames was the quintessential mid-century designer.

Brian, Lawrance is not a designer but a showroom for ALL mid-century designer or designed furniture. It’s been there for at least 50 years. Eames is ONE of the designers from that era.
I haven’t been there in a few years but go check it out, Brian and be sure to visit all 3 floors. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised! It’s located on the south side of University between 7th and 8th Aves.
