OT: father is visiting and hospitalized by stroke

My father is visiting from another country. He had a stroke last Friday and was hospitalized. He has no insurance here. The medical expenses has accumulated to over $30k now. The doctor said he would need to transfer to a rehab unit for a 3 weeks rehab. God knows how much more that would add to the current bills.

He has no financial asset to pay back the current bill. The address was put to our current address. Eventually the debt collectors will come to our place. What should we do for this? A 100k loan to pay back the bills for him? What are the options there, any one knows please?
