svelteParticipant
When I saw wet bars in homes I was considering… i often laughed. They just seem so lame to me. So 1980’s (1960’s?). But it’s your life. Do what makes you happpy… but don’t forget to budget for the disco ball, hanging decorator beads, lots of red velvet anything, some zebra striped fabric, black light, hatch cover coffee table with shells lacquered into it… and slide a Johnny Walker high-ball on the rocks down my way.
OX
…cheers man!
Funny, I thought the same thing when I saw a pool with a rock grotto!! π

ParticipantDefinitely go with the translucent underlit top. Very cool!
I like the way Garcia’s restaurant in Encinitas (on Encinitas Blvd.) did their bar, just in case you’re looking for more ideas.
Have you thought of building your own bar? You could get really creative and have fun with it! π
