ParticipantCheck Zoning, it may only be good for personal use. When the traffic starts your neighbors will check compliance and will report you. Maybe the thing isn’t even permitted in the first place.A batting cage would be cool though.

ParticipantIt’s probably best to run this by a CPA and/or tax attorney. They would probably be able to give you the best advice as to your options, how to structure it, and how it ties in with your other (realized and potential) household income.
BTW, how are you liking Florida? Are you happy about your decision to relocate?
