We can go back even farther. Who remembers this gal?
And now for the truth:

Hill & Knowlton [a New York public relations company] is estimated to have been given as much as $12 million by the Kuwaitis for their public relations campaign.
On January 6, 1992, The New York Times published an op-ed piece by John MacArthur entitled “Remember Nayirah, Witness for Kuwait?” MacArthur discovered that Nayirah was the daughter of the Kuwaiti Ambassador to the U.S., Saud Nasir al-Sabah.

May 4, 2011 at 10:45 AM #692094ZeitgeistParticipantThings are different with the new guy in charge:
“NEW YORK (CBS) – Three members of the elite Navy SEALs, who were hailed as heroes for capturing one of Iraq’s most wanted alleged terrorists, are now being court martialed for roughing him up, according to Fox News.”http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504083_162-5773734-504083.html
I guess a double tap to the head is not roughing him up because Obama is trying to get a bump in the polls and a distraction from the death of the dollar?

Wow!May 4, 2011 at 10:53 AM #692104AnonymousGuestZeit, that story is two years old. And Obama did not order the prosecuting attorneys to press charges. Do you really believe the President is involved in every military decision?
There’s a key difference between accomplishing the mission (kill Bin Laden) and beating up prisoners for sport. If you are not capable of understanding this distinction, then I suggest you do not join the military.
