GuestI know it is a mess down there, but fearmonguering on this side of the border is out of hand. I am still waiting for somebody to show me evidence of American tourist (or retiree living in Baja) who was murdered or kidnapped down there recently.
And don’t bring up cases of American “citizens” who were killed who obviously were involved in drugs or other dirty busineess.

I like Mexico and I’ve been many times.
I agree that the fear mongering is too much.
Mexican people are nice. But I’m not really into the food and lifestyle down there. That’s too bad for me because Mexico is right next door for the taking.
