OT- Any Piggs interested in meeting?

On another thread there was talk of perhaps meeting. If anyone is interested, perhaps we can figure out a suitable place for all, suggestions, good time to meet, etc.

I’m in. We have discussed this a few times, there’s no perfect time or place, someone is just going to have to pick one and see how it goes. I vote for a Mon or Tue, happy hour somewhere central or north of the 8. I’ll bet weekends get booked for most people, maybe a Sunday afternoon event, there is a Laker game at noon on Sunday, I was planning on being in a sports bar on Sunday for that anyway. Probably easier for the married guys to get permission for something like that than a friday night, leaving the wife at home with the kids to hang out with your internet friends and talk about math. That excuse sounds so lame she will automatically assume your going to a strip club. Come to think about, that is another option.

I guess it would be hard to coordinate and probably some spouses wouldn’t be so keen on a Fri. night. We can always do a lunch/brunch somewhere. I just thought I’d start this thread since there was talk on the divorce lawyer thread. Maybe not everyone participated in that subject. Just throwing it out there. If it’s not going to work for some, it doesn’t have to just be one meet. Or if no one really wants to do it, then scrap it. I’m just thankful this board is here so I can keep up on this RE market.

Back when there was a whole different crowd here, we had a couple meetups. Good times. We had them in a pizza place in, I think, Encinitas. I think something towards the I-15 might be more central, though. There’s an Oggi’s near Carmel Mountain road that would be good. Any night but Sunday or Monday works for me. Let’s do it.
