ParticipantI don’t say this just to be contrary but isn’t just keeping your jobs a free market incentive?
I don’t agree with the position they put you in but thats also why I support heavier regulation.
Weird to be the self-employed realtor supporting gov’t regulation on a real estate blog that favors free marketeers populated by engineers and coders.

Participanti dont know what the rule is but it sure sounds like a potential case. i mean, breeders get to work less on easier terms just cause they bred? discriminates potentially against homsexuals, the barren, those who choose not to overpopulate the planet, etc. why should a baby be a get-out-of work-free card? screw the breeders! hey wait a minute. …im a breeder. cut me a break…

ParticipantThis is unfair, but KIM that unemployment is climbing and if they ever had to let someone go, they’ll want to keep you on if you’re going out of your way to do things above and beyond. You’ve made yourself indispensible, in a way.
Of course, if they let you go, I know a good discrimination attorney.
