I am willing to entertain the possibility of aliens who have been lurking around the universe for billions of years. Their technology and possible ability to think (exist?) outside of our 4 dimensions we as humans are capable of comprehending could by every measure we could possibly apply to god make them gods.
And if someone did create the universe then who indeed created god?Really I am willing to entertain just about anything, but believe? What would be the point?

Here’s what happens when too many people pray for rain:http://news.blogs.cnn.com/2011/05/04/record-178-tornadoes-from-south-storms/?hpt=T2

Maybe the Lord misunderstơod. We need lawyers to write our prayers so we can specify exactly what we want.
The people of Texas, at Governor Perry’s urgings, prayed for rain. And God rained upon the Bible Belt. Makes perfect sense to me.

I think for many the point is to ensure they’re in good for the afterlife, right? That’s a pretty big prize, and loss of it is a pretty big penalty.I think that’s what much of the fuss is all about.
