Participantyogamom, do you have a copy of the latest deed filed before the quit-claim deed you just ordered from ARCC? Does this latest deed show you as one of the grantees? Are you SURE that the deed showing you as one of the grantees is the LATEST deed filed prior to the filing of the quit-claim deed??

Participantyogamom, have you paid any of the taxes yourself on the property you own with others? Perhaps a co-owner has requested the tax bill be sent to him/her.
Perhaps the deed you just ordered will turn out to be the one you executed all along. But the tax bills are mailed to another owner.
Have you asked any co-owners if they have requested the county assessor to mail them the tax bills?
This is important because you do NOT want them to take full credit for paying ALL the taxes for => five years without YOU helping to pay the taxes or taking your turn paying them.
