I drove the scenic route from Carmel Mountain Ranch to Encinitas today, passing through Santaluz, Fairbanks Ranch and Rancho Santa Fe. I noticed an astonishing number of Open House signs – there were 10 signs in front of the Santaluz north entrance alone. There were also a few along El Apajo.
I drive this route about once a week, and I haven’t seen anything like this before. Does anyone know what’s going on?
