    Has anyone here used or heard of One Easy Fee Home Loans? I had a family friend use them and didn’t hear of any issues, but can’t find much online about them other than their website.

    They are based in San Diego and guarentee the fees on your good faith estimate.

    For my example using online calculators on both sites, it looks like when I compare with a credit union on a jumbo loan and 20% down, the rate is 0.50% lower at this site than the credit union. There isn’t a place to enter your FICO though on the credit union and I was using 740+ on the oneeasyfeesite.

    Any thoughts or opinions?
