To sum it up. He owes 700k (including penalties for missed payments), it’s worth less than $500k. He’s in jail for the stupid Las Vegas thing.

But this is Florida – land of judicial foreclosure. All bets are off on what might happen.

Kwame Brown the 1st selection in the 2001 draft is currently short selling a house in CA. He still collects an NBA salary but probably has non-recourse loans so the lender either takes the deal or forecloses. Its just the way things are.
