is ther e a ratio of the odds of a divorce to.the wisdom of purchasing of a home?
say you think there is a 90% chance of divorce int he next 3 years. bad idea to buya house together. what about 40% in 7 years? 28% in 9 years? 61% in 5 years. is there a rule of thumb, or can someone create one?
