Therein lies the problem. If I were to pay 740k for a house, I wouldn’t want to factor in private school on top of that. Besides, who says that private schools are always better than public schools?

Another thing to be checked is the proximity to the Sprinter. I’d hate to wake up to a train horn at 5 AM every day.

Therein lies the problem. If I were to pay 740k for a house, I wouldn’t want to factor in private school on top of that. Besides, who says that private schools are always better than public schools?
